I use mindfulness techniques and help clients explore realistic solutions to manage and cope with current and past trauma, stress, anxiety, and grief. Clients should learn from the first session that they can make positive changes in their life or circumstances if they choose to do so, and I can help them to find realistic and meaningful tools to accomplish their goals.
