Please complete the form below to schedule an appointment with the Caring Therapists. Our office staff answers calls and emails Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you contact us after hours or on the weekend, we will respond on the next business day.

By filling out this form, someone from our office will contact you and provide you with information about setting up an appointment.  We are always happy to answer whatever questions you have about how long appointments are, how insurance works, how long counseling usually takes, how much sessions costs, what’s the difference between our services and why you would benefit from booking an appointment with one of our specialists.

To answer some of your common questions now:

• Sessions are generally between 45-50 minutes long
• Each of our therapists is highly trained and loves what they do.  Everyone has a different approach to how they treat mental health issues and each person has a specialty.  You can review the bio’s for each person to get a feel for them.
• We do take insurance in-network and out of network.  We can provide you with documentation for your insurance company should you be interested in submitting paperwork.
• Our sessions generally cost between $125-225; however we have found with insurances, the cost to you is much less.
• If you need an assessment for court, such as a drug and alcohol assessment or immigration assessment, they will generally cost you between $300-2500, depending on your needs.

We service all of Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hollywood, Cooper City, Davie, Plantation, Southwest Ranches, Coral Springs and Weston.
