Katherine Medina
Introduction
My name is Katherine Medina, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and a therapist who desires to help you achieve life fulfillment and true happiness. I am bilingual (English & Spanish) and graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Everyone’s journey is different and unique but with support everyone can strive for change and growth. My experience includes working with adolescents, and adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, suicidal ideation, school related issues, stress, self-esteem related issues, adjustment disorder, and family conflicts.
It takes great courage and commitment to ask for help and support. As a therapist, I aim to provide a nurturing, safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable going through your healing journey. I look forward to building a client-counselor relationship and seeing you strive through your journey!
