Mihaela Stoian
Introduction
I work with adults who are navigating trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy is a collaborative space where we work together to help you reconnect with your authentic self, build self-acceptance, and move toward the life you want.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space rooted in empathy, respect, and curiosity. Everyone’s journey is different, so I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to create care that fits your unique needs. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for change, we’ll move at your pace—focusing on healing, growth, and finding strength in the process.
