Hello! My name is Heather Gawad and I am a Register Mental Health Counselor Intern who is committed to supporting individuals on their journey to mental and emotional wellness. I have experience working with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other mental health issues while offering a compassionate and adaptable approach to therapy. I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, person-centered and Adlerian techniques based on clients needs.
