Morgayne Sarmiento

Introduction

My name is Morgayne Sarmiento (she, her, hers) and I have experience working with individuals, couples, military, and court-mandated clients. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, and family/relationship issues. I am an eclectic clinician utilizing person-centered therapy with other modalities in order to create an individualized treatment approach for each client because each client is unique and one-of-a-kind. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method to improve communication, respect, and understanding.

Therapy is a hard and courageous step for many and my job as your therapist is to be non-judgmental, supportive, and to provide empowerment for all of life’s struggles. My passion and fulfillment comes from seeing my clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Let’s begin our therapeutic journey together because you don’t have to struggle alone.
