Dr. Ana Zuniga, Psy.D.
Introduction
Ana Zuniga, Psy.D. is a bilingual, pre-licensed early career clinical psychologist. Dr. Zuniga’s areas of focus include Forensic Psychology and Latino Mental Health. She has gained valuable experience in providing individual and group therapy and conducting assessments with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. These include the public school system, private practices, state correctional facilities, public and private psychiatric hospitals, forensic state hospitals, and facilities designed for the commitment of sexually dangerous persons. Dr. Zuniga has extensive experience in completing court-ordered forensic evaluations. These evaluations include assessments of abilities related to competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility (insanity), juvenile mental health assessments, psychological assessments, and sexual risk assessment and need for care and treatment. During her leisure time, Dr. Zuniga enjoys attending concerts/music festivals and traveling the world.
