I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for working with children, adolescents and adults facing mental health, trauma, and addiction related issues. My approach to therapy is rooted in my values of non-judgment, human connection and creating a safe space to heal. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Practices, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to give my clients the tools to overcome challenges, cope with mental health issues and to heal from trauma. I am committed to helping my clients walk the path toward emotional well- being and personal growth.
