I have an extensive background in working with mental health and addictions. I approach therapy from an individualist, holistic, and integrative lens. I believe personal health is impacted by emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical factors which affect personal health and well-being. Through healing from beliefs that cause harm and rewiring the mind’s stubborn thinking that will continue to hold you back. You CAN learn to see beyond fears, anxieties and old beliefs and find the inspiration to live the happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilling life available to you.
In therapy, I encourage clients to learn more about themselves, and help to direct them toward self-empowerment. Individuals will learn how to take control of their lives and learn ways to move forward and accomplish their personal goals. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are on your journey.
