Hello, My name is Brandon and I am a proud Miami native! My passion for therapy not only comes from my own personal life experiences, but also from being in various positions throughout life in which I found myself helping others and loving it. I have past experience as a youth program director for middle school and high school students for 7 years, mentoring and counseling teens in a ministry setting. I then went on to work with adults in substance abuse treatment and mental health treatment as a primary therapist for over 5 years.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I earned both my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in social work at Florida Atlantic University. Using a variety of therapy techniques, I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and life stressors. I believe in the importance of meeting someone where they are and being non-judgmental. I believe in exploring and utilizing one’s strengths to use as building blocks for their own personal growth, and being solution-focused in addressing the issues that arise which hold us back from living a more fulfilling life. Therapy is taking steps in becoming a better version of yourself!
