Introduction
My name is Danielle Sepulveda and I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life changes, and other co-occurring disorders. I incorporate various treatment modalities including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other mindfulness-based approaches to meet the needs of each of my clients.
I provide bi-lingual services in English and Spanish and utilize a person-centered approach to create a space for individuals and families to feel safe. I believe that the therapist should be a guide and a source of support for clients to help them through their life journey with various skills and techniques.
