I received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Florida State University and master’s degree in Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
