Elisia Hampton

Introduction

Hello, my name is Elisia Hampton and I am a Registered Social Work Intern with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. Throughout my journey in the field of social work, I have developed a profound commitment to empowering others to overcome obstacles such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and low self-esteem. My focus is primarily on working with children and teenagers, ages 6-18. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, which helps foster a safe and supportive environment where each individual can feel comfortable expressing themselves. In addition to working with children, I am also passionate about collaborating with families to create a holistic support system. I believe that involving caregivers in the therapeutic process is vital for sustained progress.

I look forward to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families and the opportunity to support others on their journey towards mental wellness.
