Gabbie Clark
Introduction
My name is Gabbie Clark, and I am a registered mental health counseling intern with experience supporting children, adolescents, teens, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and the complexities of living with chronic illness or pain. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore their values, build resilience, and connect more fully with their lives.
I primarily practice from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective, which focuses on embracing life’s challenges with openness and intention. For those seeking spiritual integration, I offer Christian faith-based counseling, blending therapeutic principles with faith to support healing and growth while respecting each individual’s faith journey. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their values, overcome obstacles, and lead more fulfilling lives.
