Introduction
Hi I am Andrea, a Couples and Family Therapist- or as I like to describe it, a Relational Therapist. If you are reading this, chances are that you or a loved one is seeking a supportive space for healing, clarity, growth, connection and transformation. As someone who is passionate about healing and empowerment, my mission is to hold that space for you: to meet you where you are at (metaphorically speaking) and to support you on your journey to where you want to be.
I work with individuals, couples and families through a strengths-based lens, supporting my clients to build lives and relationships that foster connection, harmony, peace, joy and fulfillment. Each person, couple or family seeking support is unique, and I use a variety of modalities as a therapist to ensure to meet your specific needs and goals.
A little about me, I am fully bilingual and can help you both in English or in Spanish. I am a long-time student of mindfulness practices, certified yoga teacher and certified life/transformational coach, and I love incorporating elements from these modalities into sessions if and when appropriate.
I am a firm believer that we discover and grow into our personal strengths through our challenges, and that whatever has brought you here, can be used to propel you to a space of peace, personal power, growth and love.
