Reclaim Your Power in Three Easy Steps

Reclaim Your Power in Three Easy Steps

Reclaim your power

Ok, I got you with the title didn’t I?  You are looking for three easy ways to get your power back.  Well, it can be easy, if you let it be.  Most of the time, people struggle with getting their power back because they’ve been conditioned for so long to give their power to other people.  This can lead to codependency and a whole load of other issues that keep people feeling depressed and anxious.

Taking back your personal power can be done!  And it can be easy.  You must be clear that you want to be the powerful person you were destined to become.  So here they are, my three steps to taking back your power:

1. Listen to “I’ve Got the Power” by Snap every day

This is definitely a 10 on the cheeseball factor; however you’ve got to get your head in the game.  You’ve got to feel it down into your bones.  What better way to do this than to do it in the most random way ever?

2. Start saying no to other people and yes to yourself.

You are going to have to take your energy back from emotional vampires and it starts with one word, NO!  Struggle with saying no?  Your must-read book is “Codependent No More”.

3. Create an image of what powerful means to you

Write it down, draw it out, get an image in your head or create a vision board.  You need to vision of what you look like empowered.  Having a vision will help guide you in the right direction.

Being powerful is about cultivating that in which is already within you.  If you’ve stumbled across my blogpost, it’s because there is a part of you that is ready to take over the world.  Connect with that part and before you know it, the world will be yours.
