Tell us about your favorite part of doing online counseling
I love how it gives clients the opportunity to stay in their safe space while receiving support they need.
What’s something funny that happened to you during an online counseling session?
My two cats LOVE popping in and saying hi to the clients. They also try to nap on top of my laptop.
Do you think online counseling is here to stay?
Yes, I think the choice will always be available.
What types of clients do you work best with for online sessions?
Adults. Teenagers tend to fear they are being overheard and they can’t control the space they are meeting their therapist with as easily as adults can.
What are the benefits you see from online counseling?
It’s an additional choice for clients to be able to get the support they need.
Tell us something interesting about yourself
