Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, where I honed my skills and knowledge in the field.
With a strong focus on play therapy for children and adolescents, I specialize in providing a safe and supportive environment where young individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and navigate through difficult experiences. Additionally, I am experienced in utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques to assist individuals of all ages in overcoming anxiety, depression, and addiction.
I firmly believe in the power of self-care and prioritize its importance in maintaining overall well-being. My motto is “Self-care is not selfish,” and I strive to instill this mindset in my clients.
