From I-95 (Exit 21) heading west on Sheridan St
From US-441 / State Rd 7 heading east on Sheridan St
From US-441/SR-7, turn east onto Sheridan St and continue toward Hollywood Hills.
Go straight for about a mile; you’ll pass neighborhood side streets like N 46th Ave and N 42nd Ave.
As you approach N 40th Ave, watch for the office row on the left.
Pizzarella will be on your left shortly before you reach the destination; continue just past it.
Turn into 3874 Sheridan St on the left (office/medical suites set back slightly from the road).
If you pass Yellow Green Farmers Market farther east toward I-95, you’ve gone too far; turn around and head back west a few blocks.
