From the north ( I-595 / State Road 84)

On I-595, take Exit 7 for University Dr (FL-817) and head south toward Davie.

Cross the first traffic light at State Road 84; Vienna Wine Bar will be on your right as you clear the intersection.

Continue south on University Dr for about 1¼ miles, passing Nova Southeastern University on your left.

Go straight through the light at Griffin Rd.

Move into the left-turn lane just before the next plaza; look for the “University Office Park – 5400-5500” monument sign on the median and turn left into that driveway.

Bear right around the lake; Building 5400 is straight ahead. Take the elevator to Suite 308 (3rd floor).

Landmark check: If you reach Geronimo’s Grill, you’ve gone about one block too far south.

From the south (Pembroke Pines / Cooper City via University Dr)

Head north on University Dr (FL-817) toward Davie.

After you cross Stirling Rd, continue for roughly 1 mile.

When you see Geronimo’s Grill on your left, stay in the left lane.

About 500 feet past Geronimo’s, turn left into the driveway marked “University Office Park – 5400-5500.”

Follow the internal road, keeping right around the lake, to Building 5400. Suite 308 is on the third floor.

Landmark check: If you reach the traffic light at Griffin Rd (where Fat Stork sits just west of the intersection), you’ve passed the entrance; make a safe U-turn and re-enter from the right.
